Foreign trade activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-July 2009

The National Bureau of Statistics presents data regarding the foreign trade activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-July 2009.

Exports of goods in July 2009 registered a value of 111,3 mln. US dollars, which is 3,4% more than in the previous month and 28,7% less than in July 2008.

In January-July 2009 exports have summed up 692,2 mln. US dollars, with 22,1% less compared to the respective period in 2008.

Imports of goods in July 2009 registered a value of 264,8 mln. US dollars, which is 2,0% more than in the previous month and 40,7% less than in July 2008.

In January-July 2009 imports have summed up 1762,6 mln. US dollars, with 36,6% less compared to the respective period in 2008.
