Freight and passenger transportation in the Republic of Moldova in January-October 2013

National Bureau of Statistics informs that in October 2013 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 1550,9 thou. tonnes of goods with 2,6% more than in the previous month and with 16,3% - compared to October 2012. The turnover of goods in October 2013 summed up 429,4 mio. tonne-km, with 0,1% less than in the previous month and with 13,2% more compared to October 2012.

In January-October 2013 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 10825,6 thou. tonnes of goods, with 21,2%  more than in the corresponding period of the previous year. The turnover of goods summed up 3538,5 mio. tonne-km, with 13,3% more than in the January-October 2012.
