Attendance of establishments of collective touristic accommodation in January-June 2016

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-June 2016, 125,0 thou. tourists attended the establishments of collective touristic accommodation, of which 70,3 thou. Moldovan tourists (56,3% from total) and 54,6 thou. foreign tourists (43,7%). In comparison with January-June 2015 the number of tourists has increased (+10,0%), mainly due to the increase with 3,1 times of the number of tourists in touristic and agrotouristic pensions and with 24,2% in hotels and motels.
