The touristic activity of tourism agencies and tour-operators in January-June 2016

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-June 2016 tourism agencies and tour-operators provided tourism services to 86,9 thousand tourists and excursionists, with 9,0% less than in the corresponding period of 2015.

The reduction of the number of tourists and excursionists was caused by decrease of entrance tourism (-15,0%) and exit tourism (-10,9%). In the same time, the number of tourists increased in internal tourism with 2,1%.
