Freight and passenger transportation in the Republic of Moldova in January-June 2017

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in June  enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 1,3 mio. tonnes of goods, with 6,8% less than in the previous month and with 20,8% more compared to June 2016. The turnover of goods in June 2017 summed up 341,9 mio. tonne-km, with 4,7% less than in May 2017 and with 8,0% more compared to June 2016.

In January-June 2017 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 6,6 mio. tonnes of goods, with 22,5% more than in the corresponding period of the previous year. The turnover of goods summed up 1989,3 mio. tonne-km, with 15,3% more than in the January-June 2016.
