National Bureau of Statistics informs that in 2017 the gross written premiums amounted to 1441,9 million lei, increasing by 4,5% compared to the gross premiums written in the previous year.

                             

Compensation and insurance indemnities paid amounted to 491,2 million lei, decreasing by 5,4% compared to the payments made in 2016.
