Research and development activity in 2018

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, the research and development activity in 2018 was conducted in 64 units, of which 40 institutes and/or research centres, 17 higher education institutions and 7 - other types of units.

From the total number of units, 51 units or 80% are in state ownership.
