The National Bureau of Statistics informs that the average gross monthly earnings of the national economy in 2019 amounted to 7356,1 Lei and increased in nominal value with 14,1%  compared to 2018 and in real terms (adjusted to the consumer price index) - with 8,9%.

 

In the IV-th quarter 2019 the average gross nominal earnings constituted 7813,1 Lei, an increase of 11,8% compared to the IV-th quarter 2018.

                                                                                             

The index of the real salary in the IV-th quarter 2019 compared to the IV-th quarter 2018 was 104,3%, more with 4,3% compared to previous year.
