The touristic activity of the tourism agencies and tour-operators in 2021

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in 2021 the tourism agencies and tour-operators provided tourism services to 320,9 thousand tourists and excursionists, with 2,6 times more than in 2020.

The increased of the number of tourists and excursionists was caused by the increase of the number of participants of outbound tourism by 143,0 thousand tourists (2,9 times), domestic tourism by 36,3 thousand tourists (1,8 times) and inbound tourism by 17,1 thousand tourists (3,5 times).
