Gross Domestic Product in the Republic of Moldova in the quarter IV and in 2021
The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, according to preliminary data, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), estimated for the quarter IV of 2021, amounted to 66,7 billion lei, current (market) prices. Compared to the quarter IV 2020, GDP increased, in real terms, by 18,9% on the gross series and by 19,9% on the seasonally adjusted series.
In 2021, the Gross Domestic Product, according to preliminary data, amounted to 241,9 billion lei, current (market) prices. Compared to 2020, in real terms, GDP in 2021 increased by 13,9%.
