Foreign trade activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-June 2009

The National Bureau of Statistics presents data regarding the foreign trade activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-June 2009.

Exports of goods in June 2009 registered a value of 107,7 mln. US dollars, which is 7,0% more than in the previous month and 16,2% less than in June 2008.

In January-June 2009 exports have summed up 580,8 mln. US dollars, with 20,7% less compared to the respective period in 2008.

Imports of goods in June 2009 registered a value of 259,7 mln. US dollars, which is 6,9% more than in the previous month and 41,4% less than in June 2008.

In January-June 2009 imports have summed up 1497,8 mln. US dollars, with 35,8% less compared to the respective period in 2008.
