Industrial activity of the Republic of Moldova in January 2012

National Bureau of Statistics informs that the index оf industrial production in January 2012 in comparison with January 2011 constituted 95,8%.

The decrease of industrial production was determined by the reduction of the production volume in manufacturing industry with 2,5% and in the energy sector - with 8,9%. Simultaneously, in the reference month an increase of 41,7% was registered in the mining industry.
