Demographic situation in the Republic of Moldova in 2011

National Bureau of Statistics informs that in 2011, the development of demographic trends is characterised by the decrease of both, fertility and general mortality rates as compared to 2010, as well as the decrease of the value of population natural decrease rate. The total fertility rate registered a value of 1,23 children pe woman during its fertile life.
