The publication was issued in 260 copies and contains statistical information which presents the economic, social and demographic development of the Republic of Moldova. The publication is structured in 6 chapters, that refer to:
- Production of goods and services (industry, agriculture, fixed capital investments, transport, communications, tourism, retail trade and services, external trade)
- Prices
- Finance (execution of the state budget, execution of administrative-territorial units budgets, execution of the state social insurance budget, credits and currency, insurance, stock-market)
- Social situation (population living standard, demographic situation, health protection, crimes).
The publication contains also a short description of the social-economic situation of TAU Gagauzia and for the main indicators there are presented methodological notes. The information is presented without the data on enterprises and organizations from the left side of the river Nistru and municipality Bender.
