Freight and passenger transportation in the Republic of Moldova in January-April 2013

National Bureau of Statistics informs that in April 2013 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 894,6 thou. tonnes of goods with 2,7% more than in the previous month and with 28,2% - compared to April 2012. The turnover of goods in April 2013 summed up 337,9 mio. tonne-km, with 4,3% less than in the previous month and with 12,3% more compared to April 2012.

In January-April 2013 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 2766,8 thou. tonnes of goods, with 24,4%  more than in the corresponding period of the previous year. The turnover of goods summed up 1174,9 mio. tonne-km, with 13,4% more than in the January-April 2012.
