The publication contains statistical information which presents the economic, social and demographic development of the Republic of Moldova for January-September 2006. The publication is structured in 6 chapters that refer to:

­- Production of goods and services (industry, agriculture, fixed capital investments, transport, communications, tourism, retail trade and services, external trade);
