Freight and passenger transportation in the Republic of Moldova in 2014

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in December 2014 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 1266,6 thou. tonnes of goods, with 15,5% less than in the previous month and with 7,2% compared to December 2013. The turnover of goods in December 2014 summed up 385,9 mio. tonne-km, with 3,7% less than in the previous month and with 16,1% - compared to December 2013.

In 2014 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, transported 14428,2 thou. tonnes of goods, with 4,0%  more than in 2013. The turnover of goods summed up 4166,7 mio. tonne-km, with 6,6% less than in 2013.
