External trade activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-February 2016

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-February 2016 exports of goods amounted 255,2 mln. USD, while imports of goods amounted 494,4 mln. USD. Compared to the same period of the 2015, exports decreased by 18,5% and imports by 13,8%.

The trade balance deficit in January-February 2016 has been of 239,2 mln. USD, lower by 21,2 mln. USD (-8,2%) than that recorded in the corresponding period of 2015.
