The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in 2017 tourism agencies and tour-operators provided tourism services to 285,0 thousand tourists and excursionists, with 21,7% more than in 2016.

                                                                   

The growth of the number of tourists and excursionists was caused by increase of outbound tourism (+29,4%), inbound tourism (+11,7%). In the same time, the number of tourists decreased of internal tourism (-7,7%).
