The National Bureau of Statistics communicates data on the activity of early education institutions in 2018.

 

The number of 1484 of active early education institutions, including 835 - nursery schools, 541 kindergartens, 83 school-kindergartens, 23 community centers and 2 nurseries was registered in the country by the end of 2018 year. By destination, 3 types of institutions were distinguished: 1471 - with general destination, 5 - sanatorials and 8 - with special destinations. Fifteen institutions of the total number of early education institutions are private ownership type.
