National Bureau of Statistics presents statistical information on the average life length in the Republic of Moldova in the years 2014-2018, measured by life expectancy at birth.

 

The values of this indicator by sex, were recalculated on the basis of the population with usual residence (or resident population), which includes the persons that have lived continuously for most of the last 12 months in Republic of Moldova (regardless of temporary absences). Population estimate start with the corrected estimates of population with usual residence from the Population and Housing Census (PHC) 2014 to which there are added the births, subtracted the deaths (natural grow), and added the migratory balance (net migration).
