The situation of children in the Republic of Moldova in 2021

The National Bureau of Statistics presents information on the situation of children in 2021.

As of January 1, 2022, the number of children aged 0-17 in the Republic of Moldova accounted for 559,4 thousand, or 21,5% of the total number of the population with usual residence.
