National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January-September 2020, 2185 building permits for residential and non-residential buildings were issued, less with 5,6% compared to January-September 2019, the reduction being caused by the decrease in the number of permits issued for non-residential buildings.

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, the global agricultural production, in all types of households in January-September 2020 summed up 21000,5 mio. Lei in current prices, that is 74,7% compared to January-September 2019.
19.10.2020 Industrial activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-August 2020
National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in August 2020, the industrial production decreased by 7,7% compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, as a result of decrease of the manufacturing industry. In the same time the quarrying industry and production of electricity, gas, steam, hot water and air conditioning supply registered an increase.
19.10.2020 The results of the structural survey in enterprises in 2019
Based on the data of the annual structural survey in enterprises, the National Bureau of Statistics informs that the value of turnover in 2019 was 344,8 billion lei or 11% more compared to 2018. From the total turnover, 254,1 mild. lei belong to small and medium enterprises. The value of turnover per employee in SMEs is 924 thousand lei, and in enterprises with 250 and over employees - 747,7 thousand lei.

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-August 2020 exports summed up 1,5 billions USD, less than in the corresponding period of 2019 with 13,6% and imports summed up 3,3 billions USD, less than in the corresponding period of 2019 with 11,9%.

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that 34,8 million passengers were transported with public transport in January-August 2020, with 48,7% less than in the similar period of 2019. The passengers turnover constituted 1,6 million passenger-kilometers, with 61,6% less than January-August 2019.

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that in September 2020 the annual inflation registered 2,32%, including food products 5,91%, nonfood products (-0,39%) and services 0,68%. Also the average consumer prices in September compared to August 2020 decreased by 0,26%.

National Bureau of Statistics informs that in September 2010 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 984,3 thou. tonnes of goods with 24,9% more than in the previous month and with 21,4% more than in September 2009. The turnover of goods in September 2010 summed up 315,7 mio. tonne-km, with 16,4% more than in the previous month and with 11,9% more than in September 2009.
22.10.2010 Retail trade and services provided to population in January-September 2010
National Bureau of Statistics informs that in September 2010 retail trade through commercial units summed up 2317,8 million MDL, which is, in real terms, with 0,6% less than in the prevoius month and with 8,1% more compared to September 2009. The volume of paid services rendered to the population by officially registered enterprises in September 2010 made up 1283,0 million MDL, which is with 6,5% (in comparable prices) more than in the previous month and with 3,0% more compared to September 2009.
22.10.2010 Industrial activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-September 2010
National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January-September 2010 industrial enterprises of all types of ownership, produced goods to the amount of 18666,6 mio. lei, in current prices. The volume index of industrial production in comparison with January-September 2009 constituted 106,3%, in comparable prices. In September 2010 in comparison with September 2009 this index constituited 113,9%.

National Bureau of Statistics announces that agricultural production, in all types of households, in January-September 2010 increased with 8,7% against the respective period of the previous year. The increase of global agricultural production was determined by the increase of animal production - with 15,5%, and of vegetal production - with 4,4%.

National Bureau of Statistics informs that in September 2010 the prices in total for industry have decreased in comparison with August 2010 with 0,3%. In comparison with December 2009 the industrial production price index has increased with 5,5%, and with 7,2% in comparison with September 2009.

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that exports of goods in August 2010 registered a value of 122,6 mio. US dollars, which is with 3,4% more than in the previous month and with 25,3% than in August 2009. Imports of goods in August 2010 registered a value of 301,5 mio. US dollars, which is with 4,0% less than in the previous month and with 28,9% more than in August 2009.
07.10.2010 Evolution of consumer prices in the Republic of Moldova in September 2010
The National Bureau of Statistics informs that in September 2010 compared to August 2010 the consumer price index (CPI) registered 100,8%, and 108,0% compared to September 2009 (in September 2009 compared to August 2009 CPI registered 100,6% and 97,7% compared to September 2008). From the beginning of the year (September 2010 compared to December 2009) consumer prices increased with 4,5%.
