20.02.2019 The touristic activity of tourism agencies and tour-operators in 2018
The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in 2018 tourism agencies and tour-operators provided tourism services to 323,5 thousand tourists and excursionists, with 13,5% more than in the 2017. The growth of the number of tourists and excursionists was caused by increase of outbound tourism, inbound tourism and internal tourism.

National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January 2010 industrial enterprises of all types of ownership, produced goods to the amount of 1799,2 mio. lei, in current prices. The volume index of industrial production in comparison with January 2009 constituted 105,0%, in comparable prices.

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January-December 2009 tourism agencies and tour-operators have provided tourism services to 139,6 thousand tourists and excursionists, that is with 1,8% more that in the year 2008. Number of tourists and excursionists particpating at the exit and entrance tourism organized by the tourism agencies and tour-operators in year 2009 increased compared to the year 2008 with 9,6% and 5,5%, simultaneously for the domestic tourism their number decreased with 23,3%.

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January 2009 compared to December 2009 the consumer price indices (CPI) registered 102,3%, and 102,8% compared to January 2009 (in January 2009 compared to December 2008 CPI registered 99,9% and 105,7% compared to January 2008).

Exports of goods in December 2009 remained at the same level as in the previous month, at the same time being with 15,3% more than in December 2008. Imports of goods in December 2009 registered a value of 361,7 mln. US dollars, which is 9,8% more than in the previous month and 11,0% less than in December 2008.
01.02.2010 Remuneration of employees in the Republic of Moldova in year 2009
National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January-December 2009 the average salary of one employee in national economy constituted 2748,4 Lei and it increased compared to the same period of the previous year with 8,7%. The real salary in the same period of time increased with the same 8,7%. In the budgetary sector the average salary was 2406,1 Lei, and increased compared to January-December 2008 with 22,8%, in the real sector of economy - 2946,2 Lei and increased compared to the same period of the previous year with 4,3%.
