30.11.2015 Number of persons with disabilities
The estimated number of people with disabilities in the Republic of Moldova is 184,8 thousand people, including 13,4 thousand children aged 0-17 years. This is higher than the previous five years with 2,7% per hole, while a decrease of 11,3% is registered in the number of children situation. Persons with disabilities represent 5,2% of total population of the country, and children with disabilities constitute approximately 2% of all children from Moldova. On average at 10 thousand inhabitants there are 520 people with disabilities while for 10 thousand of children there are 193 children aged 0-17 years. Almost every seventh person with disability falls into the category of severe disability.

Lei (current prices). Compared to the period of the previous year this indicator decreased with 3,4% (comparable prices).

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-September 2015, 3857 apartments with the total area of 349,6 thou. m2 were completed. This indicator is in increase with 136,8% as compared with the corresponding period of the previous year.
23.11.2015 Freight and passenger transportation in the Republic of Moldova in January-October 2015
National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in October 2015 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 1238,6 thou. tonnes of goods, with 15,9% more than in the previous month and with 28,4% less compared to October 2014. The turnover of goods in October 2015 summed up 327,0 mio. tonne-km, with 0,2% less than in the previous month and with 20,7% less compared to October 2014.

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in September 2015 the average nominal gross earnings constituted 4694,9 lei, and it increased with 10,0% compared to September 2014. The index of the real salary in September 2015 compared to September 2014 was 97,7%.

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in September 2015, turnover in enterprises with main type of activity retail trade (with the exception trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles) increased with 1,3% (in comparable prices) compared to previous month, and decreased with 5,0% compared to September 2014. In January-September 2015, turnover in enterprises with main type of activity retail trade (with the exception trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles) decreased with 4,5% (in comparable prices) compared to corresponding period of the previous year.
13.11.2015 External trade activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-September 2015
National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-September 2015 exports of goods amounted 1448,2 mln. USD, while imports of goods amounted 2962,0 mln. USD. Compared to the same period of the 2014, exports decreased by 16,6% and imports by 23,4%. The trade balance deficit in January-September 2015 has been of 1513,8 mln. USD, lower by 614,5 mln. USD (-28,9%) than that recorded in the corresponding period of 2014.

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, the indices of industrial production in January-September 2015 compared to January-September 2014 constituted 104,0%. In September 2015 compared to September 2014 the indices of industrial production registered 96,7%.

US dollars, with 28,4% more than in the previous month and with 11,6% less compared to September 2014. Imports of goods in September 2015 registered a value of 337,7 mio. US dollars, with 13,1% more than in the previous month and with 26,4% less compared to September 2014.
